Terms of Service

Welcome to SIVRank ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1Service Description

SIVRank is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics platform that enables users to audit, monitor, and improve their brand's visibility across AI-powered search and recommendation engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and others). The Service includes multi-model simulation, citation tracking, competitor benchmarking, content schema optimization, and related analytics tools.

2Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one active account.

3Subscription & Payment

PayPal checkout is currently paused while server-side order verification is completed. SIVRank does not accept payments through this build. Plan prices shown on the site are previews and do not create a subscription.

  • Do not submit payment information through SIVRank while checkout is paused.
  • Paid features are enabled only after billing is verified by an administrator.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform beyond normal usage.
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account access without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and data models provided through SIVRank are the exclusive property of SIVRank and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6Data & Analytics Disclaimer

SIVRank provides AI visibility analytics based on simulated queries and heuristic scoring models. Results are approximations and should not be considered guarantees of actual AI engine behavior. AI model outputs may vary based on factors outside our control (model updates, regional settings, personalization, etc.).

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIVRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
