Refund & Cancellation Policy

PayPal checkout is currently paused and SIVRank does not accept payments through this build. The refund terms below apply only after a paid checkout flow is enabled and a purchase is confirmed.

2Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
• The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription period (not renewals).
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayPal within 5-10 business days.
• Annual plan refunds within the 7-day window are refunded in full.

3Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.
• Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) — cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
• Partial month/period usage after the guarantee window.

4How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Through your PayPal account's subscription management page.
• By contacting us at billing@sivrank.com.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.

5Downgrade Policy

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on a higher-tier plan.

6Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@sivrank.com before initiating a dispute through PayPal. We aim to resolve all billing inquiries within 48 hours. Filing a PayPal dispute without prior contact may result in account suspension.
