SIVRank ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

1Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name.

Service Data: We process the prompts you submit, model responses, and URLs returned by configured AI providers to display audit results in your workspace.

Brand Data: Domain names, keywords, competitor URLs, and related business information you voluntarily enter for analysis.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or bank account details.

2How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process transactions and send billing-related communications.
  • To send service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud.

3Data Storage & Security

Account details, brand workspaces, and audit history are stored on the SIVRank application server. Some interface preferences and administrative drafts may be stored in the browser. Authentication uses an HTTP-only session cookie. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS when the service is deployed behind a correctly configured HTTPS endpoint. We do not sell or rent personal information.

4Third-Party Services

  • PayPal: Checkout is currently paused. If payment processing is enabled later, transactions will be subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenRouter / AI Providers: When an administrator configures live model access, submitted prompts and the brand or competitor details included in those prompts are sent to the selected provider for processing. Review that provider's terms before using live audits.

5Cookies & Local Storage

SIVRank uses an HTTP-only session cookie for authentication and may use browser localStorage for interface preferences. Workspace records are stored on the application server. We do not use third-party tracking cookies in this version.

6Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

7Data Retention

Account and workspace data are retained while the account remains active. An administrator can delete an account and its associated workspace records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

8Children's Privacy

SIVRank is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
